For the second year in a row 2015 saw, according to our historical performance, a record level of growth for the Ilapak group, in terms of both sales and service.

In 2016 and beyond it is our strategic intention to put our best efforts into the area of Customer Care to ensure that we will continue to deserve the loyalty and trust of our customers. It is our intention at Ilapak to stay in contact with you as much as we possibly can to provide the necessary support as and when it is required.

We aim to be your “one stop shop” for Ilapak parts and Service, or in other words, the place where you can find everything you need to efficiently operate your Ilapak equipment.

We are pleased to inform you that as part of the above mentioned strategy, we have decided to launch an important initiative to reposition our spare parts pricing for commercially available components.

We wish to be considered by our customers as the first and most valid place to source all the spare parts they need, including the ones which are available in the open market.
